Shadowfax K Road Shiraz is a single site wine, sourced from a dry grown vineyard along K Road at Werribee Park. The fruit is handpicked in the cool of the morning.

At the winery, the grapes are destemmed into small open fermenters for wild yeast fermentation. The wine is then pressed and transferred to French oak puncheons, half new, to mature.

Dark ruby red, Shadowfax K Road Shiraz is savoury with dark fruit flavours, brooding spices and fine, firm tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
